Craig WillisFor more than 25 years Craig Willis has been regarded as one of this country's best Masters of Ceremonies.

He is currently engaged as the Compere for the Australian Football League, and is known as the "voice of the AFL".

He is also regarded as the "voice of tennis" after almost 20 years as the man who introduces the players onto centre court at the Australian Open Tennis and at all domestic Davis Cup ties.

Each year he is also the “on-court” announcer for the 2 major lead-up events to the Australian Open-The Brisbane International and the Medibank International played in Sydney.  

He is also the “on-court” interviewer with the worlds best players at the conclusion of the matches.

Throughout his years as a compere, he has hosted many significant events such as the Opening of the Olympic Stadium in Sydney and the return of the Olympic flame to the MCG, the venue for the 1956 Olympic Games.

In 2004 he was selected as the Court Announcer for the Tennis competition at the Athens Olympic Games, a role he'd fulfilled at the Sydney Olympic Games as well.

He has just recently returned from Beijing, after completing a number of tasks there for the Organising Committee of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, as well as being the court announcer for the Tennis Competition at the Games of the 29th Olympiad.

In total he has attended 4 Olympic Games, and was the announcer for the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games held in Melbourne.  

Each year he hosts the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Dinner in Melbourne and also numerous functions for each of the Clubs involved in the Australian Football League.

His voice is also in great demand with overseas companies and sporting organisations looking for an "Aussie" accent which everyone can understand!!

He is also in demand as a corporate "host" having completed a stint with the Australian Rugby Union at the World Cup...hosting events for Microsoft, Telstra and Australia Post, and also acting as compere at events for the International Management Group at major golfing events in Australia. He was also the Corporate Host at the FINA World Swimming Championships in Melbourne, working closely with Swimming Australia.

Over the years he's donated his time to many charitable groups including the MS Society, Diabetes Australia, The Paralympic movement, Kids Help Line, Kids Tennis Foundation, and The Open Family.
